This might be personal, but I believe it’s also worldwide. When I was younger, anxiety didn’t really bother me at all. But now it seems like it’s with me all the time. It seems like it’s an unseen force that makes me tentative about any decision I make, and it keeps my blood pressure high. Can you tell me why this is happening and some organic way to cure it?
Master OWS
We will tell you, dear one, that you are experiencing these problems because you believe in these problems. Once you begin to no longer believe that they can affect you, then they will no longer affect you. Once you believe and know; as Sananda has given, that you are the Christ consciousness within you, then anxiety or high blood pressure or ailments of any kind can no longer affect you. But this is up to you, dear one. It’s not up to we, the One Who Serves or Shoshanna or anyone else to tell you how to change this.
Although there are methods that can assist in terms of the third dimensional illusion, if you still find yourself being in that third dimensional illusion. But please understand; as we have been working with all of you for some time here now, to help you to understand that you are not the illusion.
You are not even part of the illusion unless you believe that you are. So let go of that illusion. Let go of the need to hold on to things such as anxiety and high blood pressure. You can control it yourself just with your mind, but you must believe that you can. So it is a process. It is a process that you are moving through as you are moving through this ascension process. So understand that it will shift as you shift in consciousness.

That’s a big question, I have no clue.

Well, will tell you that to overcome an emotion, such as anxiety, emotions produce anxiety, which is a result of the body’s reaction to an emotion. So we will ask you, what happens to you, and you must find this.
One Who Serves has given that we can’t really solve this for you. We can help, but we must ask you what creates your anxiety, what happens before you feel anxious?

The only thing I can come up with is while I’m watching TV or looking at the world news, that I guess I imagine myself in that situation, and I get a sense of helplessness.

Well, we will ask that you attempt in every way to follow our advice that we give.
We give it freely, and we hope that those that request our advice will attempt in every way to perhaps write it down or record it so that they will be able to follow the advice.
But we have given in the past that when you are involved in a situation such as world news or a TV program that creates anxiety, we have said in the past to stay away from these things. These are triggers for you. All anxiety in every human being is caused by triggers. And when you continue to trigger these emotions, these feelings of helplessness, we cannot control what you watch, we cannot control what you read, only you can, you see.
So you will continue to trigger these emotions, by engaging in the source of the emotion, you see? And we remember we have given this. So now we will tell you, this is up to you, this anxiety that you feel has in some ways become habitual, because you have not really truly managed the source of it.
The other thing that we can tell you is that the remedies, there are a few remedies that we can give you. But the ultimate remedy is to prevent the trigger, not engage in the trigger of the emotion that creates the anxiety.
But the two things that we will give you is you can manage your anxiety through a herbal medicine called St. John Wort, W-O-R-T, St. John Wort. You can find this in your online system easily. And if you take this faithfully, it will begin to calm your nerves.
The other thing we will tell you is that an essential oil known as lavender is also very calming. And you can put lavender on the third eye, on your throat chakra, on your wrist, inside your wrist. To create a calming effect, you can also put it on your pillow at night. If you are amiable to this, if your body rejects it then don’t use it. But if you find a symbiotic relationship with this lavender, it will help you, it will calm you, you see.
So we will tell you that once again, the body that produces anxiety is caused from a triggering mechanism that creates the emotion. And the triggering mechanism is what must be eliminated so that you do not, you manage this, namaste.

Very good, and we would say here to all here now, not only this one, we would say that as we have been saying for quite some time, be aware of what is occurring around you,
be aware of what is happening within the third dimensional illusion, but do not become a part of that illusion, do not become attached to it.
That is when you run into problems in terms of emotions turning into physical elements. So as much as possible, just be aware, but do not be attached. Let it go and just be who you are meant to be. Again, that Christ consciousness within you.
For understand once you fully embody the Christ consciousness within you, then nothing, no thing, can affect you outside of yourselves.

Okay, so I am going to try to answer this, for ask this question in the correct manner, wednesday’s event, it just hit a lot of people, including myself, I guess a certain way, and it, is almost unexplainable in the way it has kind of hit me and many other people I guess.
So my question is, why, you know, I know Charlie Kirk was a good guy. I am referring to Charlie Kirk stuff. Good guy and all that, and he embodied and represented some very, very awesome things, very good things. But I think it is way beyond that. What I am sensing and what I sensed almost immediately, before I even warned of his death, I just knew he was shot, it was really deep, it was a sole level deep stirring, and I have never felt it before.
I literally have to say I have never felt it before. So, you know, and I have read hundreds of thousands of social media comments saying the same thing. So there was a deep pain that went with that loss, number one. Number two, it just feels like it was way bigger than that. It feels like something was unleashed, or it was some whole other level of awakening for humanity. And as I told the group earlier, I didn’t feel like I awoke and awakened to another level that I thought I had until Wednesday.
And so, I guess my question is, what are we sensing? What is this? Is it this oneness? Is it just this deep, profound sense of oneness? Why, and I am healing, and my so many people across the globe, I even think, found this deep. And I mean, it was deep in our soul, like it was a sole level stirring, and I don’t get that often. So, that would be the, just in my question?

We would say here that the soul level stirring is exactly the way to put it.
But it is not only individual souls, but group souls in terms of the entire collective consciousness of this planet, has been affected by this one way or another.
And you might say here that this continues to move forward, that more and more people will awaken from, as a result of this momentum that has begun here, this movement that has begun. But it did not begin with this one individual. It began long ago in the advent of those of you, the way-showers, showing up here on this planet and being a part of this great shift in consciousness and the ascension process moving forward.
So, it is one soul after another that is awakening. Some that create a bigger stir, you might say, than others. Such as the one known as the President Trump and the RFK Jr., and the one that has just become the martyr here, in terms of the Charlie Kink, you see. So, it is a continuing shift in consciousness that is a great movement that has developed and will continue to move forward. As more and more people across the planet receive their awakening call, and this was an awakening call.

Yes, maybe I want to hear it from your perspective, not from a human perspective, but from a movement within God consciousness perspective.

We will tell you, and we believe that you will know this, and that you hold it.
And what it is, dear brother, is when an event such as this occurs, there is an uprising of soul that creates a vibration and an energy of betrayal. And it weaves into the consciousness of man, it rises up into the ether, and it rains down upon us in righteous indignation, you see.
So, what has occurred here, is a vibration of betrayal. And as a result, as we will repeat ourselves, the righteous indignation of the souls that have been betrayed by this movement, it is causal, it is palpable, this mechanism, this vibration. And it is vibrating within your soul, and it within the many souls that are expressing themselves as a result of this event. It is vibrating significantly, and it is changing the structure of your understanding of who you are, and what your mission is, you see. As it has all that are vibrating within this mechanism, known as the betrayal vibration. That is what is occurring, namaste.

How many times have you heard, over and over, from biblical sayings on, “the truth shall set you free”. The truth shall be known. It will not be a stone unturned when that time, when that vibration is reached. So yes, you will know the truth, and by that time you will be able to handle the truth, you being the collective you, we are speaking of here.

So if you wish to seek the higher truth, we will explain this. The higher truth is that this man was meant to die. He was meant to start a movement. He was meant to culminate in the vibration of betrayal to awaken many. That is the truth.
The third dimensional foundation of this happening is irrelevant. What is important here is the soul record, and that this man lived in his truth, performed his mission every day wholeheartedly with passion and love in his heart. And that he has caused a stirring in all of these dimensions. And he is causing an uprising and an awakening because he served his mission faithfully and authentically.

Yeah, I have a quick one.
I shared earlier about an experience I had where a light being came to me and basically woke me up, I guess. And I felt total bliss, and empathy, and oneness.
And it lasted maybe a week until the 3D got the better of me, I guess. And I was wondering, is that the Christ consciousness I was feeling?
Master OWS
We would say that is certainly an aspect of the Christ consciousness which came within you for a short period; as you are saying, but you are not able to withstand it or be able to sustain it rather, not the right word, to sustain it for a longer period of time. But understand, as this occurs again in the times ahead, it will be able to be sustained for longer and longer periods.
And when you have fully moved through the ascension, it will be a part of you from then on. Do you have anything to say here?

Dear sister, we hear your words that the 3D common-deered your oneness feeling. And do you understand why that happened?

Yeah, I let it, I let it, I allowed it.

And it is more than that. It is more than that. It is called an attachment. So the challenge of all 3D beings that exist on this on this plane of existence, is the attachment to themselves, the attachment to what is for them. So you are given an opportunity to feel that, but to sustain it each moment now, you must let go of your attachments. And you must know what they are, you see, you must be authentic in understanding what your attachments are and work to let go of them.
This is the very difficult part of the ascension path. It is perhaps the most difficult part of the ascension path, because each being that is awakening now still has the attachments. That is why the beautiful being that reflects the Saint’s Germane Tools of Protection gives, to slice through the attachment with the great sword of the archangel Michael.
And if you recall this, you may use this to sever your attachments in a spiritual way in addition to thinking about releasing those attachments, simply ask the great archangel to allow you to use his sword of truth, and to slice the attachments away, if you wish to do this. That is a method and a tool to let go, namaste.
