LORD SANANDA ~ THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING YOUR FREQUENCY HIGH.

Beloved Emanuel and Pastora, I am Sananda, and I am accompanied by my Divine Consort, Lady Nada. Today I want to speak to you about the importance of staying at a high frequency and high vibration. Since ancient times, when I was as Yeshua, I always gave you instructions on how to liberate and heal. All of you who accompanied me always heard me speak of the importance of healing, of liberating, of forgiving, of loving, of unconditional love and forgiveness, all of that.
I taught you healing, I told you that they would also do this in the future. I was referring to all the beings who came later, who came with greater and greater abilities, with their gifts. As everyone learned healing, life after life, all memories were released, and the Being became open to apply those gifts, the healing, the energy of light and love that you are.
Now, at this planetary moment, you are all back with a journey, some with a mission, but all of you ready to continue the path and assist the planetary ascension process. Perhaps for a long time in this incarnation, the negative forces tried to keep you under their control and dominion, but little by little, that being has been breaking through, aided by all the energy and the great intention heard to heal, to free itself from control.
At this moment of cycle closure, souls take on a special state of liberation. They are given every opportunity to heal, to free themselves, to heal the entire cycle that many have been liberating in incarnation after incarnation, or in parallel life experiences. However, it is now time to close this reality, and souls must continue a process at other levels. This reality of learning closes on the planet, and now new horizons open to new higher dimensions, to relive an experience of light and love based on all this cleansing, healing, and activation they have been able to achieve of all the accumulated negative energy, and this helps them maintain a high frequency.
As you heal, as you free yourselves from all negative baggage you carried, or carry from parallel lives, your frequency, your vibration, rises. All selves integrate, all selves elevate, all selves in parallel lives integrate into the Great Being.
And the process now consists of you maintaining your frequency elevated, elevating it and maintaining it. Let’s remember that there are opposing, negative forces out there that want to do the exact opposite. They seek ways to intervene to lower your frequency, their weapons. They parasitize you with dense energies, psychotronic energies, larvae, astral parasites, they implant them. All the tricks they use, apart from intervening in your neural fields, are as if they take control of your being, of your personality. Because no one takes control of the being, the being is inviolable, but they take control of the person, of the body, and they intervene so that they do not advance, through fear, anger, all the negative emotions, they interfere with their emotional and mental bodies.
It’s time, my beloveds, to heal, to free yourselves, and to keep your frequency high. How do you maintain it? Always centered and connected to your Divine Presence, in harmony, in light, meditating, dynamic meditation, always connected in peace, in love, always giving control to the I Am, to the Divine Being, not allowing your personality to invade, because that’s where it takes control of your bodies.
Raising your frequency involves a voluntary internal action of staying centered in your Divine Being, maintaining the shell of light that your Divine Presence is and radiates. A being of light must always be in harmony, at peace, radiating light. If you become disharmonious at any time, use the Violet Flame, the White Flame, and work with the cosmic energies internally.
Go to healing with Mother Mahindra, release, release all negative memories. Staying at a high frequency is the passport that ensures your ascension process, but you must work for it, freeing yourself. We are now closing this great moment, and it’s like a break, a before and after. We are now at the point of the present, and it’s necessary to move forward, to be in high frequency, releasing everything from before, to continue beyond this Great Planetary Momentum.
Take care, my beloveds, as the Mother tells you, take care of your bodies. All the dark forces seek to intervene in all bodies, in the physical body with so much negative feeding, I call it, because it is a feeding that, instead of nourishing you, damages your body, your avatar. Your emotional body is so susceptible, your mental body is intervened through your neural field, your etheric body parasitizes you, filling you with negative energies every time they give you a chance, opening your energetic field, entering and settling in.
I understand that these are difficult times for the planet, for humanity, but it is necessary to maintain internal control, always work to stay on a high frequency, and not let your guard down even when you are activated in your Christic being. They will seek ways, always seeking ways to decenter you, to attack you.
We must be vigilant and stop consuming so much negative information, unaware of the harm it causes. We settle for watching the news, or looking at news on social media, and that’s where the fear, the harm, and the attention we focus on information begin. Focus on the “I Am,” connect to the world of light and love, meditate internally, consciously, and pray consciously, not repetitively, prayer that comes from the heart, connecting to the Divine light. Mantras, let them be mantras recited with the heart and not the mind. Love yourselves, love one another as I have always taught you.
The secret to staying on a high frequency lies in love.
My beloveds, I repeat, high frequency will be the only thing that can save you, free you. We assist you, we give you tools, we help you, but the decision is yours, it is yours, my beloveds.
