Grief and Transformation
Greetings! From heart to heart in this moment we speak, I am Kejraj!
Grief is natural in the current reality, however, prolonged mourning is attachment and resisting transformation.
You have to pause and express gratitude for the shared moments and lessons with your loved one, instead of simply refusing to release and continuing your own journey.
True love is freedom, release them, honor the soul who departed, and do not cling to the perception of loss, to your emotional dependency on their physical presence.
Extended mourning not only becomes self-centered, it turns from love to sorrow, but can also impact the soul who has transitioned, making them feel the pull of unresolved emotional cords.
It is important to understand that death is a mere transition, into a new realm and form. An energetical aspect of the soul which you shared a life with will always remain with you.
We recognise and sympathize the extremes of human emotion, but we also need you to understand that if not observant, those emotions can turn into something unpleasant and lead one into the abyss.
To mourn briefly is human. To release is divine.
In releasing grief, you don’t forget, you transcend, as you learn to embody the love, wisdom, joy your love ones brought into your lives.
Blessings to You!
